BRAKEmax is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize store performance. You will oversee staff, training, and performance while focusing on sales targets and service quality.

Requirements include 2+ years in a leadership role, experience in retail or automotive service management, and a proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals. This role demands strong communication skills and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with defined goals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Willingness to relocate or placement in an open store upon program completion.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Coach and counsel employees; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and profit targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and facilities upkeep.
• Ensure proper controls over assets and adherence to closing procedures.
