Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a retail sales management position.
2+ years as an Assistant Store Manager strongly considered.
Proven ability to lead and train staff to achieve KPIs.
Strong customer service and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

Learn to interview, select and train service technicians.
Lead and direct store staff in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles.
Lead team to reach store KPI's including gross profit, tire sales and service dollars.
Train, coach, and mentor employees on repair and customer service standards.
Schedule front and back shop staff to maintain staffing levels.
Review sales and performance records and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in managing inventory, including parts and tires.
Ensure operations are conducted safely and per policies.
Help lead a culture of safety and accountability.
Meet flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.
