Qualifications

• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• File and scan documents to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Efficiently collect ROs from service drive.
• Close repair orders (ROs) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process extended warranty payments according to company procedures.
• Provide phone coverage and assist with incoming calls as needed.
• Support general administrative and front desk operations.
