Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service scheduling calls for Jenkins & Wynne Ford, Lincoln, and Honda.
• Assist customers with scheduling maintenance, repair, and recall appointments.
• Enter customer and vehicle information into scheduling systems.
• Ask questions to understand service needs and schedule accordingly.
• Explain appointment procedures, availability, and services.
• Communicate appointment details, timeframes, and drop-off instructions.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude in every interaction.
• Follow dealership processes and maintain accurate customer records.
