Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service scheduling calls for Jenkins & Wynne Ford, Lincoln, and Honda.
• Assist customers with scheduling maintenance, repair, and recall appointments.

As a Service Coordinator, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with scheduling service appointments for our Ford, Lincoln, and Honda service departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service scheduling calls for Jenkins & Wynne Ford, Lincoln, and Honda.
• Assist customers with scheduling maintenance, repair, and recall appointments.
• Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into dealership scheduling systems.
• Ask appropriate questions to understand customer service needs and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Explain basic service scheduling procedures, appointment availability, and dealership services.
• Communicate important appointment information, including expected service timeframes and drop-off instructions.
• Assist customers with questions regarding service appointments and direct more complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with service advisors and other team members to ensure accurate scheduling and a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude during every customer interaction.
• Follow dealership processes and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new scheduling software.
• Ability to remain patient, positive, and solution-oriented when assisting customers.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn basic automotive service terminology and dealership procedures.
