Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality work.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements to promote products and services with customers.
• Promote sales through explaining benefits and using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Handle customer questions and complaints courteously and efficiently per policy.
• Maintain store appearance and clean facilities per MFA standards.

Education
