Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians to help customers decide.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update customers throughout the day.
• Process transactions with proper review of inspections and warranties, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers; perform other duties as assigned.
