Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Document concerns and inspect vehicle to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update customers.
• Complete cash-out procedures with explanations of warranties and service results.
• Conduct post repair follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction for each customer.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
