Qualifications

• Possess a current, valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone.
• Document concerns, inspect vehicles, and reference service history.
• Advise services and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates.
• Follow cashing-out procedures and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate expected behaviors.
