Sun Devil Auto in Phoenix, part of the Sun Auto Network, is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to promote services and products while upholding store standards and expectations.

The role focuses on delivering accurate quotes, guiding customers, and driving service sales. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is 18+, and can obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days. Prior advisor experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate recommendations clearly; document in customer file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time; update customers throughout.
• Process payments and explain warranties and inspections.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
