Qualifications

• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Must possess current, valid driver’s license.
• State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time for services; update customers throughout the day.
• Cashing out tickets with a review of the inspection and warranties.
