Job summary

Sun Devil Auto, part of the Sun Auto Network, is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor in the Phoenix area. You will sell and promote all products and services while upholding store standards and customer service expectations.

The role involves greeting customers, documenting concerns, advising on services, quoting costs, and maintaining accurate service records. The position offers competitive compensation and various benefits with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior service advisor experience is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State Inspector license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories; provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time.
• Provide updates on service status throughout the day; process payments and explain warranties.
• Follow procedures for cashing out tickets and reviewing inspections and warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
