DARCARS of Frederick is seeking an Automotive Service Cashier/Receptionist to be the front-line representative of the dealership. The role involves greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate department, answering basic inquiries, and managing the switchboard.

The position pays $15 per hour for a 40-hour week and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include data entry, customer service, and clerical duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department.

• Communicate with callers professionally and minimize hold times.
• Take detailed messages with caller info and desired action.
• Distribute messages to appropriate staff promptly.
• Perform clerical and accounting duties as assigned by supervisor.
