Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on phone and in store, selling parts and services.
• Handle service desk, sales floor and register transactions with accuracy.
• Perform routine express automotive services and provide vehicle inspections.
• Follow cash, credit, return policies and assist management with issues.
• Maintain organized, clean shop and adhere to safety procedures.
