Job summary

The role involves performing express automotive services, maintaining safe procedures, and providing accurate information to customers while working a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1 year in automotive service or retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for customers in-store or by phone.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, and sell parts/services.
• Handle work orders and register transactions accurately.
• Assist with customer care, issues, and opportunities under management guidance.
• Perform routine express automotive services and inspections.
• Ensure safety procedures and clean, organized shop environment.
