Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store manager experience.
• Automotive service writing experience required.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.

• Ability to follow directions and processes.
• Proficiency with computers and software.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers on services requested and estimated completion times.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations; build repair orders and source parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train the team in alignment with company values and creed.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee inspections, diagnosing, and repair of vehicles.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure facility cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
