Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail store manager experience.
• Automotive Service Writing experience.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to follow directions and processes.
• Ability to use computers and software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, and estimated completion times.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations; build repair orders and source parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train the team while aligning with company values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
