• Ensure safety, accountability, and consistent policy compliance.
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees; make executive decisions when needed.
• Lead learning and development of team members; monitor performance.
• Direct vehicle inspections, create repair orders, and source parts.
• Discuss pricing with customers and promote shop specials and financing options.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and maintain a clean, organized work site.
