Qualifications

• 2+ years of store or service manager experience.
• Solid automotive knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership and team-building ability.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
• Build computerized repair orders and source parts.
• Present pricing estimates and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage and train the team aligned with company values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee inspections, diagnosing and repairing of various vehicles.
• Maintain inventory counts and controls.
• Ensure overall facility cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
