Aufgaben

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Take ownership of customers’ experience and improve impressions
• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
• Interview and hire new staff
• Train, mentor, and develop Service Advisors to ensure performance
• Distribute work between technicians and prioritize services
• Maintain an efficient, profitable service department
• Monitor shop productivity, labor sales, and profitability
• Review WIP reports and warranty submissions
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Build relationships with customers and present weekly service reports
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales for operational success
