Job summary

You will apply automotive product knowledge to maximize happiness and sales opportunities, and schedule demonstrations when appropriate.

A positive, proactive attitude and prior sales or customer service experience are valued. The role emphasizes excellent communication, timely follow-up, and collaboration with the sales team

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.

• Understand the psychology of internet customers and set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online.
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel promptly.
