Job summary

Car Lux Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability. You will guide technicians, service advisors, and support staff, driving efficiency and strong inter-department collaboration.

You will lead with strong communication, organizational skills, and automotive knowledge, while maintaining compliance with dealership policies and safety standards. A valid license and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing an automotive service department.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Proficient with automotive service management software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Certified Mechanic.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily service operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability.
