DARCARS Automotive Group in Lanham, MD is seeking a Service Manager for our Kia brand dealership to lead the service department, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and develop high-performing technicians and advisors, manage budgets, and monitor key service metrics while ensuring compliance with Kia standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years automotive service technical experience.
• 5+ years dealership service leadership experience as a Service Manager, ASM, or Senior Service Advisor.
• Proven track record of increasing service revenue, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing dealership service operations, departmental budgets, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures, repair order management, and manufacturer service standards.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced service department while maintaining high standards of quality and customer care.
• Kia dealership experience preferred; other brands considered.
• Previous experience managing a high-volume service department is a plus.

• Maintain strong relationships between service, parts, and sales departments.
• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency for timely repairs.
• Monitor warranty claims and service processes to reduce comebacks.
