The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager / Desk Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across our Delaware network. This role drives profitability, oversees deal structuring and paperwork, and ensures a superior customer experience from first contact to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in automotive sales or finance management, strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive sales or finance management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
