Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department at one of our auto service centers. You will schedule associates, manage service appointments, and coordinate workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.

You will drive tire and service sales, build guest relationships, and mentor the service team. Candidates should have automotive service management experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage service department by scheduling staff and organizing workflow for timely quality work.
• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by liaising between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department staff.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels.
