Lou Sobh Kia of Newnan is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy automotive service department in Newnan, GA. You will oversee technicians and service advisors, drive CSI, manage WIP reporting, and ensure profitable operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring staff, coordinating with Parts and Sales, and presenting weekly reports using Excel and Word. A dealership background is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a service department.
• Strong customer-service orientation required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting.
• Experience in dealership environment preferred.
• Knowledge of WIP reporting and warranty processing.

Responsabilités

• Ensure prompt, courteous service and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers; own the customer experience.
• Hire, train, and develop Service Advisors and technicians.
• Monitor shop productivity, labor sales, and profitability.
• Prepare weekly service dept. reports using Excel and Word.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales for operational success.
