Job summary

Pecheles Automotive in Washington is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support a busy Service Department. The role requires prior automotive experience, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position works with the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with weekends off, offering growth within a well-established dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle as requested.
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customer.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an organized, safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in the timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
• Complies with company policies and procedures.
