Responsibilities

• Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Calculates cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle per customer specifications.
• Estimates costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs.
• Enters itemized estimates and explains them to customers.
• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Keeps work area organized, clean and safe.
• Follows safeguards rules and company policies.
• Demonstrates the company’s core values.
