Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Conroe, TX is seeking a Service Manager who will be the main contact for guests, guiding them through the repair process and keeping them informed of their vehicle status. You will help build trust by delivering transparent service experiences and ensuring satisfaction before guests depart the facility.

You will oversee daily operations, including sales activities, staff management, and quality of work, while monitoring revenue and profit margins.

Qualifications

• 5 years work experience in automotive customer service and service sales.
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Current driver's licenses; driving record acceptable to the insurer.

Job description

As a Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person our guests see every time they invest in their vehicle. For these reasons, you play a key role in building relationships with our guests. Our Service Managers guide our guests through the entire repair process, keep them informed of their vehicle's status, and ensure their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

The Service Manager is responsible for, and has authority over, all aspects of the business's daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sales activities, staff management, quality of work, guest satisfaction, revenue, profit margin, and other documented goals as assigned by the Owner. All office and shop personnel report directly to the Service Manager.

• 5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales
• Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an industry recognized service training program preferred by not required
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience
• Current driver's licenses
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
