Our Service Managers are high-energy professionals who lead by example and support their team members. A Service Manager manages daily operations at our center, including generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Meeting and greeting customers
2. Managing technician workflow
3. Recommending services to customers
4. Ordering parts and managing inventory
5. Keeping customers updated on vehicle repair status
6. Managing lead counts and customer satisfaction ratings
7. Generating and closing sales
8. Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining quality control over all aspects of the center's operations

Job Requirements:
