Job summary

Midas is seeking an automotive service advisor to direct all service department activities in a full-service shop. This store manager developmental role offers training and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

You will lead technicians, deliver exceptional customer service, and build repair orders while aligning with our vision and values. A strong automotive background and leadership drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years for automotive service advisor experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations-building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
• Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
• Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for automotive service advisor to manage and direct all service department activities of an auto shop engaged in full service vehicle repair and maintenance. Responsibilities

As a Midas automotive service advisor, you will direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
