Meineke - 2887 is seeking a Service Advisor Trainee to join our automotive service center. You will develop customer relationships, coordinate service writing, and support management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Automotive experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Understanding of automotive technology and service technician duties is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor service professionals to maintain morale, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed promptly.
• Coach on sales and customer service best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Manage service department paperwork like manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records.
