Team Car Care in San Diego, CA is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team. You'll work with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost sales, and ensure top-notch guest service while developing teammates through our training program.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, excellent oral and written communication, and a people-first mindset. You will lead daily huddles, manage inventory, and help maintain a safe, efficient service center in a fast-paced environment.
