Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief in San Marcos, CA to lead the service team alongside the General Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales.

You will develop teammates through training, manage inventory, scheduling, and safety, and ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. Two years of retail management is preferred; automotive experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse teams and maintain guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts and financial performance.
