Team Car Care in Pineville, LA is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and effective coaching.

The role emphasizes developing teammates via internal training, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to budgeting and forecasts. This full-time position offers opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced automotive

Competenze

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Solid business sense with understanding of retail industry.

Mansioni

• Lead daily team operations and store performance under the GM.
• Coach and guide team members through internal training programs.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Conduct opening and closing duties and lead store huddles/meetings.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and assist guests as needed.
