Executive Auto Group seeks an energetic Service Lane Coordinator for Jaguar Land Rover, North Haven. You will greet customers, manage the drive-through flow, capture vehicle photos, and prep loaner cars to ensure a premium customer experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive in the service drive.
• Take clear pictures of customer vehicles during the drive-through process.
• Clean, fuel, and prepare loaner vehicles for customers.
• Provide backup support for the Service Receptionist.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Help keep the service lane organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience from the moment customers arrive.
