Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover, North Haven is seeking a friendly Service Lane Coordinator to greet customers, manage the drive-through process, and ensure loaner vehicles are ready and clean. You will also support the Service Receptionist, answer calls, and help keep the service lane organized for a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive in the service drive.
• Take clear pictures of customer vehicles during the drive-through process.
• Clean, fuel, and prepare loaner vehicles for customers.
• Provide backup support for the Service Receptionist.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Help keep the service lane organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience from the moment customers arrive.
