Job summary

Executive Auto Group, Jaguar Land Rover North Haven, is seeking an energetic Service Lane Coordinator to greet customers, capture vehicle photos, prep loaners, and provide backup for the service receptionist. You will help keep the service lane organized and ensure a positive first impression from arrival.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Valid driver's license
• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive in the service drive
• Take clear pictures of customer vehicles during the drive-through process
• Clean, fuel, and prepare loaner vehicles for customers
• Provide backup support for the Service Receptionist
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Help keep the service lane organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience from the moment customers arrive
