You will own the service experience from start to finish, greeting customers, coordinating service and explaining recommendations to ensure they feel informed and confident. Qualifications

• Customer service background welcomed; experience in automotive or retail is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 19 years old and willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the service drive.
• Coordinate and manage service appointments, walk-ins, and workflow for efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle status, services, timelines, and next steps.
• Write repair orders and explain the service process professionally to customers.
• Assist technicians and service leadership to deliver high-quality results and timely service.
