Job summary

J.C. Lewis Motor Co. in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for service customers.

You will own the service experience from start to finish, greeting customers, coordinating service and explaining recommendations to ensure they feel informed and confident. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry who are eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service background welcomed; experience in automotive or retail is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 19 years old and willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
