Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones.

• Set appointments for both mobile and in shop work.
• Specify, quote and order parts.
• Create estimates, gain approvals, and invoice upon work completion.
• Provide information regarding standard maintenance schedules and benefits.
• Record all pertinent customer vehicle information.
• Perform follow-up calls and emails.
• Make, change, and cancel service appointments as necessary.
• Close out service orders and collect payment.
