Job summary

Classic-Automotiv is seeking a friendly Service Coordinator to support our Toyota and Kia service departments. You will coordinate appointments, communicate with customers, and assist service staff with administrative duties to ensure a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable handling calls, texts, emails, and live chat, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment committed to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive dealership, administrative, customer service, call center, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule first service appointments for new vehicle customers.
• Contact customers overdue for maintenance and help schedule next service.
• Respond to inbound communications (phone, email, text, live chat) promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments and follow up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document communications in DAS/CRM.
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Support service advisors and management with customer communications and clerical duties.
