Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional support to dealerships and service personnel.
• Schedule services and create work orders to meet dealership needs on time.
• Deliver a premier dealership service experience in person and over the phone.
• Monitor dealership service activities and ensure services are completed per requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and proper handling of documentation.
• Act as liaison between dealerships and service personnel for requests and needs.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and new leads to support business growth.
