You will check guests in/out, provide safe shuttle service, and help with parts processing while upholding our standards of respect and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Valid state driver's license and insurability per company parameters.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and answer phone calls; schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests as needed.
• Treat guests with respect consistent with Christian Brothers Automotive standards.
• Assist shop with receiving, processing, incoming/outgoing parts and errands.
• Light Service Advisor duties and clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing.
• Direct and participate in guest service activities dictated by workload.
• Serve as a community ambassador and build authentic relationships.
