Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and answer phone calls; schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests as needed.
• Treat guests with respect consistent with Christian Brothers Automotive standards.
• Assist shop with receiving, processing, incoming/outgoing parts and errands.
• Light Service Advisor duties and clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing.
• Direct and participate in guest service activities dictated by workload.
• Serve as a community ambassador and build authentic relationships.
