Job summary

C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Service Concierge in the United States to be the face of our service operations.

You will coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drops-offs, oversee maintenance appointments, and ensure timely returns with a customer‑friendly approach. You will transport vehicles between homes and the dealership, document movements, use the Driver Q App, and collaborate with the service team to ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Transportation: Safely and professionally transport customer vehicles between their homes and our dealership.
• Customer Interaction: Create a positive, professional experience during vehicle pick‑ups and drop‑offs, ensuring customers feel valued.
• Technology Utilization: Use the Driver Q App to efficiently manage vehicle pick‑ups and returns.
• Vehicle Preparation: Ensure that every vehicle is delivered in pristine condition by completing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, and performing final inspections.

Qualifications:

• Driving Skills: Confident driving various vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to and from work.
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling customer and employer information.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to spend most of the day driving and performing tasks related to vehicle preparation and transport.
