Job summary

Titus-Will Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team in Tacoma. You’ll handle front-desk tasks, cashiering, appointment scheduling, and BDC support to create a positive customer experience from scheduling to pickup.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive BDC or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A friendly, professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and online scheduling tools.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments by phone, online, and live chat.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and direct customers as needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding scheduled and missed appointments.
• Assist customers with maintenance recommendations and service questions.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices and provide receipts and paperwork.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and team members for a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed.
