Bean Automotive Group's West Kendall Toyota in Miami, FL is seeking a Service Concierge to join the Business Development Center. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and texts to schedule service appointments and boost retention.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Customer service experience in dealership preferred.
• Proficient with phones, computers, and text messaging platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls with professional etiquette.
• Make outbound calls to remind customers of appointments.
• Handle text communications for service scheduling and updates.
• Greet customers and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate and manage service appointments in the system.
• Support customer retention initiatives and follow-ups.
