Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• Strong customer service focus with effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell repairs and/or services aligned with customer needs.
• Present a maintenance service menu to every service customer.
• Provide accurate parts and labor pricing and cost estimates.
• Obtain written approvals for all repair orders.
• Maintain service scheduling and proper documentation of repairs.
• Communicate with technical staff and management regarding job status.
