Teton Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to coordinate customer services and repairs, verify warranty coverage, develop estimates, and write repair orders while maintaining exceptional communication with customers and technicians.

The role emphasizes guiding customers through repairs, ensuring accurate paperwork, and directing people to available technicians with a focus on service quality and integrity.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong knowledge of automotive parts and service processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, technicians, and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for estimating and invoicing.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate service repairs efficiently.

Mansioni

• Greet customers promptly in person and by phone, and document needs using established processes.
• Listen to customer problems to estimate repairs and prepare accurate invoices.
• Conduct walkarounds with the customer present to identify issues.
• Write clear problem descriptions on repair orders for technicians.
• Communicate promised times to customers during check-in.
• Explain completed work and recommendations after a 120-point inspection.
• Collect payments and close out service orders.
• Serve as liaison between customers, manufacturers, and technicians.
• Track repair orders, parts requests, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain and update repair orders to ensure timely completion of work.
• Schedule appointments and answer questions about needed services.
• Maintain manufacturer certifications as required.
